I love helping people, building things, and working on complex problems. The questions complex problems raise are fascinating. I've learned over my 30+ years working in organizational communication that most complex problems are rooted in communication failures. Words, language, context, connection are all important to being heard, understood, and producing the desired the result.

Strategy and messaging are important, but they are useless if you aren't connected to your customers current or prospective.

Sounds simple enough, right? Complex problems are usually layered simplicity.
